Whats the basic story line?
Franny K. Stein is a mad scientist. She wanted to be elected for class president, but everyone was so scared to pick Franny. So she created a costume that she can be any one and any thing. But it took control.
Are the characters believable?
A little, because a mad scientist can be real but a dog that can be every kind of dog can't be real.
Who would like this book?
People who like science and people who like creepy things.
How would you rate this book?
